Hi John, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
D2Gscreenshots was established in December 2017. D2G stands for Dreams to Goals and also Direct to Garment. I chose this name because it represents the type of service that I offer (Direct to Garment printing) and it is a reminder that Dreams can turn into Goals.
I always wanted to be in control of my destiny so it wasn’t a surprise for me to become an entrepreneur. I tried my hands at many leadership roles but struggled to find the one that fit my personality.
After managing nightclubs, car washes, studios, arcades, real estate, and multiple warehouse jobs, I finally stumbled on to a career and skill set that I could cherish and pass on to my children.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I realized early on that business isn’t always peaches and cream. Obstacles that I found the most challenging were resolving technical issues, managing taxes /finances, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

D2Gscreenshots is a Direct Garment T-shirt printing company.
Our slogan is SnapItSendItWearIt! Any image that is sent via text or email can be printed directly onto a shirt or hoodie. Our turnaround time is 3 -5 days from the time of payment. We do not have a minimum requirement for order.
One shirt or 1000 shirts are welcome!
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I really don’t consider our success lucky more so just the right timing and being blessed with a gift of innovation and creativity.
I work really hard along with my son (John Tre Odum III) and my business partner (Audwin Pearson ) to ensure professional quality service and customer satisfaction.
