Hi Kayla, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Becoming an esthetician has truly shaped me into a hardworking individual, especially during the challenging times when I was unable to work due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The experience taught me the value of resilience, adaptability, and the importance of never losing sight of my passion, even when faced with difficult circumstances. During the downtime, l found ways to further educate myself, improve my skills, and prepare for the day when I could return to helping others feel their best. The ability to stay focused and determined, even when my hands weren’t directly working with clients, allowed me to build a strong work ethic that I carry with me every day. In addition to this personal growth, being an esthetician is a deeply fulfilling job because of the impact I can have on my clients.
There is something incredibly rewarding about helping others feel good about themselves, whether it’s through a relaxing facial, a rejuvenating treatment, or even just a simple conversation. When people leave my space feeling confident and refreshed, l know I’ve played a part in boosting their self-esteem, which is something truly special. It’s more than just about the services; it’s about creating an environment where people can relax, feel valued, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves. This connection is what keeps me motivated and reminds me of the powerful difference I can make in someone’s day-to-day life.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
2020 was the most challenging time for me because I was in school getting my license to become an esthetician. Due to Covid my job wasn’t allowing us to work.

I’m an esthetician specializing in a variety of services, including lash extensions, facials, brow lamination, and lash lifts. What sets me apart from other estheticians is my dedication to building lifelong connections with my clients. I truly value the relationships I create and feel incredibly grateful for each one of them. I believe that creating a personalized, comfortable experience is key to not only enhancing beauty but also fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
Any big plans?
l’ve always dreamed of opening a day spa where people can not only enhance their natural beauty but also feel their best physically and mentally. My vision is to create a welcoming and relaxing environment where everyone-women and men alike-can come to unwind, recharge, and experience personalized treatments designed to help them feel more confident and refreshed.
