Meet Latesha Austin of Art of Struggle Organization LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Latesha Austin.

Hi Latesha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started an organization based off my personal life. To empower, encourage and solve problems. Imputing my skills and experiences. The name “Art of Struggle “ stems from the trials and tribulations I’ve gone through and still fighting!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I battle with ADHD unfortunately. Some days I’m in and some days I’m overwhelmed. But I love challenges. It’s a beautiful struggle lol! I have new ideas everyday!

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Art of Struggle Organization LLC ?
These ideas developed from being ADHD active! And that being a felon doesn’t have to stop you from being a successful entrepreneur!

1. Herbal Supplements & Teas
I develop and distribute privately natural herbal supplements focused on stress relief, detoxification, and inflammation. Products are designed based on my own studies and beliefs to solve issues. I am not a licensed medical professional.

2. Web Design & Management Services
I provide affordable website designs and management for all business. This service serves entrepreneurs by strengthening their digital presence and increasing economic opportunity. Another way to make revenue from solving a problem.

3. Custom Clothing & Merchandise
I make custom apparel such as ski masks that promotes self-expression and mental health awareness. Clothing serves both as a revenue stream and a platform for advocacy. I picked ski masks because they’re my favorite secretive wear and it’s popular in this time today.

4. Wholesale Real Estate
Through wholesale real estate transactions, I will generate capital to fund operations and philanthropic initiatives. This branch also creates pathways for financial literacy and investment education within underserved communities. Also builds wealth for my children and family in the future.

5. Philanthropy & Mental Health Advocacy
I focus on mental health support and advocacy for those who can’t speak for themselves. Saving lives as much as I can and helping them change their outlook on life. Motivating them that’s going to be oh k. My best project will focus on teens in foster care, those without shelter, basic needs and transportation. I have experienced all of the following.

6. Professional Companion
I can be your guest or date at important events, ceremonies or business meetings.

Side quests: I want to get back into modeling fashion. Representing darkskinned curvy women confidently! And yes all women are beautiful as well—that’s just my main focus! You can dye your hair green too and not care what people think!

I also sing, dance, draw and write music 🙂

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
I reach out to any entrepreneur in any category because we all have something in common—trying to solve a problem and learn a new skill to create wealth and history. I’m inspired by many out there. I look at everyone in an equal. Networking publicly or virtually works well. And YouTube is your best friend! Remember you’re never alone! Someone out here is starting just like you. There’s no race to the finish line. Elevate everyday and take all criticism. Accept the mistakes you made because now you know better!
