Hi Mez, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
This journey began as a small family idea 2 years ago! We wanted our community to have access to our nutrition teas and shakes! A healthy hangout spot or a quick (grab and go) healthy alternative. Connecting with others while helping them reach their goals has been so much fun!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not always been smooth! Some of the struggles have been being able to balance work & family time, since we all play a role in the business. It is important to disconnect from work and focus on our quality time, values and well-being as a family.
Exposing ourselves against big franchises (and not so healthy) has also been challenging but not impossible!

Cordova Nutrition specializes in healthy quick alternatives such as energizing teas, protein packed snacks & meal replacement shakes, healthy waffles and açai bowls! Our team loves serving and helping others reach their goals, educating the community on healthy alternatives and making everyone feel like they are part of the family!
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
PASSION:: As a foreign-trained dentist, my passion has always been to help others through health & wellness. Now I get to help my community by educating on the benefits of healthy tea or shake alternatives over sugary or high-calorie beverages.
