Today we’d like to introduce you to Wesley Earp.
Hi Wesley, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m from a small town in NC. I graduated college in 2017 and received a job offer in Las Vegas in finance. While in Las Vegas, I started my Company “WEInvested”. It started out as just a blog. I moved to Seattle and learned more about technology and networking. Now I am in Reno Nv. I recently graduated with my MBA in finance. I now have two Podcasts, a clothing line, A #1 new release ebook on Amazon, a Youtube Channel, and an ATM business. I’m also a real estate investor. I’ve been podcasting for nearly 3 years now.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road. I’ve learned everything I know about business, podcasting, and entrepreneurship on my own. I stopped the business in 2018 to adjust to life in Seattle. However, I got started again in 2019 and have not stopped since. I’ve taught myself how to edit podcasts, videos, run an ATM business, design merch, self-publish a book and invest in real estate.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a Trust Associate, in the world of Wealth management. I work with ultra-high net worth clients to help them grow their wealth and lower their tax burden.
I am most proud of my ability to take risks and take on large projects. I am a self-starter and a go-getter.
What’s next?
I will retire from my day job in three years so I can run my business full time. I will purchase rental properties and commercial buildings to supplement my current income to give me the freedom to run my business. I will continue to hire employees to scale my current business.
