Hi Jasmine and Lela, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Growing up, our family was always surrounded by estheticians, beauticians, and barbers. Therefore, we knew we were destined to be in the beauty industry. In August of 2020, we found a building and got to work.
When we first arrived, the building was so old and unkept that we had to renovate the entire building, provide new plumbing, and order inventory using our hot spots on our cellphones. After spending most of our budget, we realized that we needed to increase our clientele in order to survive the pandemic. After numerous hours of continuous hard work, we did just that.
We posted monthly deals, promoted every day on social media, and went door to door handing out our business cards. Having survived the pandemic and tripling our clientele, we are here to stay. “Look Good, Feel Good” here at Beauty Infusion Memphis.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Creating a business during the pandemic was definitely a struggle due to people being unemployed and body sculpting being new to our city. We had to make sure that we promoted our business every day in order to let people know about the amazing services we could offer them.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We’re known for our amazing same-day body sculpting results. We also offer services such as facials, waxing, teeth whitening, and yoni steams. We are most proud of giving confidence back to individuals who suffer from body insecurities. What sets us apart from others is our superb customer service and the lifelong relationships we have created with our clientele.
