Hello Lemon King Oddy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
What’s crazy, I came up with the idea in middle school. Round bout that time the phrase ‘when life gives you lemons, make lemonade ‘ was really popular around that time. Those words resonated with me because of the things I was facing in life and I needed the encouragement to see things through.
Well, when doing so you need tools in life and certain utensils to make the best of your situation. So I added my own little twist to the meaning and reminded myself to STAY SOUR or be determined and hungry, using that fire to turn a negative situation into something great!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nooo! But that’s the thing about adventure, you take pride in overcoming different obstacles that test your creativity. The most challenging part for me in the music industry is having an independent artist approach. But I do enjoy the creative freedom.

First, I have to say that I’m extremely grateful for all the opportunities and the connections I’ve been blessed enough to make. Besides making music of different sounds, I make my own Stay Sour logo articles of clothing that are sold in and out of state.
I’m currently part of a mentor group at Knowledge Quest that encourages the creativity of the youth by supplying the tool needed while having an experienced instructors around to answer questions.
