Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I lived in the U.S for over 5 years, with the hopes of living the American dream. I’m from Venezuela and I love Memphis. I consider it to be home for me.
The concept came about naturally. I started doing small charcuterie boards at home when family and friends came over. As I became more familiar with the theme, I became a lot better at decorating these cheese boards. Then the idea switched from home talent to small business.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I just started selling cheese boards in November and so far I have been getting positive feedback.

Fancy bites brand is a small business that specializes in charcuterie and grazing boards, plates and boxes. It’s unique because every order is custom and built with personal sentiment- edible art.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Everything will be hard in the beginning. Focus on your brand and never let your dreams and aspirations fail. Small ideas can be big opportunities in the future.
