We’re looking forward to introducing you to Alexzandra Swindle. Check out our conversation below.
Alexzandra, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Lately, Pilates has been bringing me a lot of joy. It’s allowed me to move my body in a different way and take a more intentional approach to fitness. It really emphasizes being present and grounded, which has helped improve my mental clarity. That mind body connection has been a big shift for me and something I genuinely look forward to.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Alexzandra, and I am a licensed esthetician and waxing specialist. I began my career focused on providing high quality, results driven waxing services, and over time my business has grown through consistency, client trust, and a strong emphasis on education and comfort.
As my business has evolved, my brand has naturally expanded into a more wellness centered approach. I am introducing handmade body care products that support skin health and maintenance beyond the treatment room. This shift has felt very organic because it mirrors where I am in my own life and how I care for my body. My goal is to create a waxing experience that feels elevated, thoughtful, and supportive both during and after each service.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I believed that hard work alone was enough. Now I understand that strategy, boundaries, and intention matter just as much.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell her to trust herself more. She always knew what felt right and did not need outside validation to move forward.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, it is real. It is one version of me. I believe people are layered, and different environments call for different parts of who we are. What I share publicly is always authentic, just expressed in a way that fits the moment.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If immortality were real, what would you build?
I would build a community ecosystem centered around well being, where resources are abundant and people do not operate from a place of lack or urgency. The focus would be on stability, support, and creating environments where people can truly thrive.
