Daily Inspiration: Meet Kendrick Hamilton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kendrick Hamilton.

Hi Kendrick, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
Lil Six Talibandz. Born in Forrest City, Arkansas. Started off as an artist recording himself and making his own beats because he couldn’t afford others. By engineering himself he showed the game that he had other skills even his teachers when he went to school for it.

Six was using better programs than his teacher. It’s crazy because “Lil Six Talibandz” has already been in the room with platinum producers like “ATL Jacob and Freshduzit”. Lately, he has been a rising upcoming producer out of the Arkansas and Memphis area and also Indiana. His sound is crazy! Down-south midwestern but can be versatile. Still to this day he owns his masters and label.

Which owns upcoming producer Mukklockedin who is dealing with Atlantic records and upcoming artist Deebandz. His talent is bigger than the label itself. CEO, manager, artist, producer, and graphic designer. He is also having a controversy with charting records he has proven to be his. Everybody should be watching what he has planned next because he has worked hard to get here.

Some say, he could have signed to the future by now.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s definitely been a hard journey.

Having been blackballed by the industry, I was lucky people like Spade TV and Naparazzi Magazine picked up the story. It is kind of hard competing with a major label when you are independent and get all your money.

They either try to sign you are blackballed you when you don’t sign to the label.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Executive CEO, Artist, Manager, Producer, and Graphic Designer. Specialized – Jack of all trades in the music business.

Known for major label placements. Most proud of getting to work with Platinum producers. Seems like it took 4eva.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
I want to thank GOD.

My children, Arkansas, Memphis, and Indianapolis. Naparazzi Magazine, Spade TV, my big ole family in that delta in Forrest City Arkansas. Oh yeah, and beautiful kids’ mothers’ anger and need for our family made me grind harder. All the motivation I need.

But my dead friends in heaven and my kids were my biggest motivation.
